So Amanda introduced this book to us last week and I thought that sounds pretty cool. The next day Mandy sent me the link so I thought even better, now I don't have to buy the book. I decided to buy the book as a birthday gift (I know who wants a "healthy book" for a gift, but I found the website so interesting and informative) and am now seriously thinking about keeping the book for myself!
The book is SO GOOD!!! It's a real eye-opener, extremely interesting, and loaded with tons of great info. Even if you're not trying to lose weight like I am, but just want to be healthier this book has fantastic suggestions.
The book made it to the post office today, but I really want a copy for me so I can read it in detail. If all goes well, the book will be a gift at Keeno and hopefully I can steal it from Mandy (who thinks she's gonna steal it from me!); otherwise, I'm definitely buying it this week. I'm really enjoying becoming an informed consumer. You would think that if it's a WW product or Lean Cuisine or whatever that it must be healthy, but sometimes it may be low calories, low fat, etc. but it might be loaded with sugar. Still so much to learn, but this book definitely makes learning FUN!
So pick up a copy or read more online at http://www.menshealth.com/eatthis/
