Since I'm a little obsessed with the wiki (see post below) and finding new things for the new me, I thought I'd share some of the fun or delicious things I've come across.
My new workout regime. . .FUN, FUN!!! There are 5 different dvds ranging from Cardio Cabaret to Hip Hop Abs to Advanced Fat Burning. I'm dripping with sweat by the end, but I get to shake my booty so it's the funnest workout I've ever tried!
YUM, YUM, YUM!!! Who knew anything that had Fiber One in the title could be so yummy! I LOVE these. I have at least one and sometimes two a day. They're only 2 points and have 9 grams of fiber. . .that's 35% of your daily requirement in one yummy bar! Oats & Peanut Butter is my favorite with Oats & Caramel coming in a close second followed by Oats & Chocolate. I promise these are the perfect snack!

I actually like water and don't mind drinking it straight up, but this protein water mix is awesome! It's only 30 calories and with 5 grams of fiber & 5 grams of protein it's 0 points and tastes great! I've only tried the pink lemonade, but they also have iced tea & strawberry kiwi. With the fiber & protein, this really helps keep you full and can definitely curb the hunger pains.

Hungry Girl is a great website for wonderful low cal / low fat dishes. Plus, they usually taste good!
