So I thought I had it all figured out and my future children's names were set in stone...HA!!! Now, I realize that I don't know the sex yet, but I'm banking on a boy and girl! :-) The boy name is a definite, but it's the girl name that's way more difficult than I thought it would be.
Boy: Hudson Joseph
Girl: Ramsey Elizabeth (or so I thought)
If you had asked me a year ago I would've told you that our future daughter's name was going to be Macy Elizabeth. Elizabeth is DEFINITELY the middle name, but for some reason I keep wavering on the first name. So it went from Macy to Ramsey to ???. I still like both Macy & Ramsey, but I'm not sure that I'm in LOVE! HG is a big fan of Macy & Reese. He's okay with Ramsey and he hasn't heard these other names yet...he's out of town and this is what happens when you leave me alone!!!
As you can tell I really like names that end with "e" like Ticey. Reese is the only one that doesn't fit the mold. I would prefer a unique name as I really enjoy having a unique name. I know there are other Ticeys out there, but I have yet to meet one!
So vote or leave a comment...just curious to see what you think!
Ainsley - found it in the baby book and realized my obsession with "e" names!
Brantley - I LOVE this name, but worry that it's too boyish
Emery - surprisingly I really like this name.
Jayce - I know a few Jacy's or J.C.s so it's not as unique as I would like, but still cute!
Kennedy - LOVE this name, but again have a family friend whose daughter is named Kennedy, but it's not like I really ever see them.
Kinsley - here's the problem. I really like every name on this list!! How do I decide???!!!
Macy - still love it, but it's missing the unique factor
Ramsey - I really like this name, but sometimes I think it sounds too harsh with the "z"
Reese - this came about when we were thinking about two girls name (just in case) and we thought it sounded good with Ramsey.

I heard Perry for a girl yesterday. Not sure how you would spell but thought that was unique for a girl. Names are so hard.
Jade was easy. I had that picked out from 8th grade when I read Endless Love and saw the movie. Bailee was difficult because I wanted it to be a first name and I couldn't figure out anything to flow with it until I saw Morgan in a book walking through Sams Club. Things come to you at the most interesting times...
Sorry I won't be much help, but I did get it down to my top 3 (not in any particualr order)
Emery
Kinsley (of course I have a thing for "K" names; Kendall, Kiran and if it was a boy Kade)
Ramsey
I couldn't cast a vote at this moment in time!
I like a lot of those. Here are a few more that our friends have used and others I really like.
Kirby
Riley
Harley Elizabeth - ours if we ever have a girl, but I don't mind sharing
Addi
Josh has a few and I will get them for him. It is amazing how much goes into a name. It isn't simple anymore. Charter is perfect for our Charter. Collin is a Collin, but we should have stuck to our guns and named him Cotton like we wanted to. Collin looks like a collin though. GOod Luck. It is good that you are starting early.
BEth
I agree with Patty even though we've never met...I LOVE Addi...
However, based on your list of names I really liked Jayce (i know a girl with this name and she totally fits it cute, athletic, fashionable...everything a mother could want for her daughter) and Reese, however since we do have the infamous Reese Witherspoon, I would say that definitely isn't as unique as you are looking for!
My vote goes to Jayce!
I think Addie is an adorable name, but one of my dear girlfriend's has a little girl named Addie who will be a year old in November so it's not in the running!
Our Gwyneth Grace was very close to being a Kennedy Kristine...I have a thing for matching first and middle intials. My vote is definitely for Kennedy...reminds me of the VJ from MTV when we were kids. ;)
my name is Kinsey...and i get a lot of compliments on it :-) it's close to your Kinsley...
Ok, I just started watching "West Wing" from the beginning, and there is a character in the second season named Ainsley. I had never heard of this name until I read your list...did you get it from there?
Anyway, back to your children... from your list, I think Emery is cute. There aren't a ton of those running around like my Ali (and every spelling variation trying to be different).
Ainsley - Everytime I say it in my head some form of the word 'anal' appears...
Brantley - Does sound boyish
Emery - Pretty
Jayce - Kind of reminds me of initials, doesn't sound as pretty.
Kennedy - I like the name Kennedy
Macy - Yeah, no on Macy. Macy Grey is cool and all, but without being a rock star it just sounds like the store.
Ramsey - I find it interesting that you find Brantley too boyish and not Ramsey. I find them to be the same amount of boyish. Plus everytime I hear 'Ramsey' I think of an Egyptian King. "Ramsey the Great!'
Reese - I heart Reese Witherspoon, it is just such a sweet sweet name.
I bet you're starting to regret asking opinions right about now!! Sorry!
Nope, I've never seen West Wing, but came across Ainsley in the baby name book. I've had a few people email me to say that Ainsley is too close to anus or anal...funny because I have others that absolutely love it! This is so fun to see everyone's opinion. HG came home this afternoon and we've narrowed it down to 3...now we'll wait until we find out what we're having for sure! I still love to see what everyone thinks!
You have some pretty good choices here. I love Kinsley. I almost changed Lily's name at the last minute and picked Kinsley instead. I know that with whatever you choose, it will be perfect!
EMERY EMERY EMERY!!! I have a thing for E names though as my future children's names begin with E (Esme and Elliott) And if you don't use Emery, I will!! :)
I LOVE Addie :) heheeheh!
I like Emery, Kinsley Kirby and Perry.
I heard the name Arley the other day and I think that's cute too!!
Names are hard!!
We just new that Madison was the name we wanted! We also played the name game-meaning we tried to come up with all of the nick names and teasing that our children would go through by the choice of their name! I love ainsley! Hudson is really cute too!
Good luck in your choices!

Personally I have always liked the name Stancie. Ever heard of it before?
I really like all the names! Hudson is adorable. I am in total agreement of choosing unique names too. If I had to pick I would say my favorites are Kinsley and Emery. You can't go wrong with any of them though!!
okay - it's a few days later - but here's my "input"!! I have NO "vote" for names......however, i would sit and pretend you're a 9 year old......nick names that they could have - mean names kids can make out of their initials or name....(sad, but oh so true)!....and then flash forward 70 years - would that name be able to carry them through adulthood into their senior citizen years?!?! Just some thoughts to think about!! I love the names that you have put out there!! AND - if you "settle" on one - and then after THEY are born - and you take ONE look at them and realize that they really aren't the "name" you thought they were - it's OKAY to change your mind!! :) love ya!
