So I attended my first Plano Area Mothers of Multiples meeting last night and I LOVED it!!! I arrived at the same time as Jennifer & Melissa and they were great! They are so sweet and showed me the ropes so it wasn't so overwhelming and I didn't have to walk-in alone!! We meet at Medical Center Plano and I had no idea where I was going so they came to my rescue! Melissa is the mother of 1-year old twins (boy & girl). Jennifer is having identical twin boys next month!
The meeting was about RSV...I'm so becoming a germ phobe. I'll just go ahead and warn you now for anyone that plans on coming over after the babies are born!!!
I even met a lady who is 32 weeks pregnant with triplets! She's doing GREAT!!! It was definitely great to meet other women who are in the same boat and to get tips and hear how their pregnancy was or is. The question of the day is "how many are you having?" and twins is the standard answer while triplets and quadruplets get the oohs & aahs! Boy, am I thankful to be having twins...I can't even begin to imagine triplets or quads. It definitely puts things into perspective!!
I'm excited that the big garage sale is on November 1st...I can't wait to go shopping! If I only knew what I was having!!!
