It's so nice to be home! On Friday, the staff mentioned that the babies were doing really well and might be able to go home in few days if they continued eating well, passed the car seat test, and a few other small things. Well, everything went great and we were able to come home on Sunday.
We were so excited, but a little nervous too. Things are going really well and thankfully the NICU pretty much put them on a schedule for us so that's been nice. They eat every 3 hours so our days consist of feeding, changing, some play time, and putting babies to sleep but we love every minute of it.
My grandma was here until this morning so HG went back to work on Monday, but it was so tough for him. He really wanted to be at home with the kiddos. He took off today and will be able to spend a week or so at home with us and we're really looking forward to it.
Finally, we're home!
