Father's Day

Of all days, Father's Day turned out to be our worst picture day. The day was almost over and I realized we hadn't snapped any photos and as you can tell by the last photo Hudson just wasn't having it. In honor of Father's Day, Kennedy wore a cute onesie from Old Navy that said I love my Dad, Happy Father's Day and Hudson wore a onesie that said I love daddy! I'm cheesy, but I love that stuff!

Ash and the kids are here so we just hung out. Since it was US Open weekend, HG tried to watch as much golf as possible, but Maddie & Brad weren't too thrilled about that and tried to sneak in something more fun when they could. We grilled out burgers (I did it...HG had the day off) and just relaxed. He's been working so much (gotta love golf season) that it was a rare treat for him to have a Sunday off so we just enjoyed the time together.

We are so lucky that he is such an amazing husband and an even more amazing dad. I love to see his face light up when he walks in the door from work. It's all about the kids the moment he's home. He's the expert bath giver and snuggler and the babies love every minute of it!

While we're enjoying every minute of the babies now, I'm excited about what lies ahead as I know they are in for a lifetime of wonderful memories created by dad!
