Happy New Year!!!

Wishing everyone a fabulous 2008 or as Kari & Ryan would say "making it great in 2008!"

Kari & Ryan took a break from the kiddos and came to Dallas on Sunday. We had a great time as we always do.

Sunday we were pretty lazy and just hung out that evening. We played foosball (Ryan is actually competition!), board games (I LOVE Taboo), and just enjoyed each other's company.

For NYE it was a "night in" with plenty of bubbly! We had a fantastic meal with perfect steaks (if I do say so myself), twice baked potatoes, and much more!

Then it was off to the hot tub (the first time we've ever used it) with champagne in hand! We only spent about an hour in the hot tub, but I think I had a bit too much bubbly (both kinds) as I was ready to crawl into bed and it was only 11pm. I barely made it to midnight and then I was so thankful for my warm, cozy bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with the Barretts and I'm already looking at my calendar to see when I can go to Tahlequah to visit them and the kiddos. . .I LOVE Avery & Noah!

~ Excel in my position. . .grow the lunch business

~ Learn to say NO

~ Spend more "quality time" with my friends

~ Spend more time with Kelley Dillon. . .girl, I'm serious about this.

~ Think about others and give more of my time for good causes.

~ Spend as much time with Aidan as possible.
