Day two with the Geyer Twins was a big day. Mom got to move rooms since she was doing so much better with her blood pressure. The Geyer Twins started a feeding program at 8-11-2-5 and repeating the cycle for 24-hours. The great thing is Mom and Dad get to hold their little ones during each feeding. They get a small portion of formula over a 30-minute time period. They are both doing well and a true blessing!
Beautiful babies!!! I am so excited for you, and can almost remember how tired I was! Be sure and keep your feet up! I was running back and forth to the babies bed's and then after I was released and visiting the hospital so much, that one day I had to take the laces out of my shoes just to get them on! My feet were so swollen! When the nurses saw them, they swooped down on me and started treating me like I was the nicu baby! They were wonderful! I will continue to pray for you and HG! Precious! Hudson and Kennedy remind me of how little Alexa was when she was born. They are so tiny! It will be hard to believe that they were that small in just a few months!
