Kennedy Elizabeth Geyer, 4 lbs. 5 oz.
A crazy weekend which started with a routine doctor visit on Friday that landed Ticey in the hospital due to high blood pressure ended with the early arrival of our twins! Ticey fought high blood pressure throughout the weekend until early Monday morning when the little ones had to come out.
The Geyer twins were born healthy on Monday, March 23, 2009 with Hudson arriving at 2:58 a.m. and Kennedy arriving at 2:59 a.m.
The Geyer twins came into the world a few weeks earlier than expected but Mom and babies are doing good. The little ones will spend a couple weeks or so in the NICU to monitor their development before going home. Ticey is exhausted as you can imagine from all this and is thrilled at the same time. She was able to spend her first moments with the twins late this morning before heading back to her strick bed rest.
I know this is not as exciting as Ticey's writing but I promised her I would handle it. More pictures will follow at some point so stay tuned. I thank you all for your prayers and support!
