The Speers Visit

I'm way behind in keeping the blog updated, but we were lucky enough to have the Speer family visit us in July. Paige is one of my dearest friends and it was so much fun to actually get caught up in person! It had been a few years since we'd seen each other. Living in two different continents can do that to you! :)

She, Matt, & Ev happened to come a weekend that HG was out of town so it was perfect! Yes, they missed seeing HG, but I wasn't home alone and I had help with the kids! We had man-to-man defense!! :)

Ev is almost 3 and I finally got to meet him! He is such a sweetheart and the kids had so much fun playing together!! I only wish we all lived closer. Glad we're all in the states, but South Dakota to Texas is still a trek!

One weekend was all it took to become best buds!
